About Cheryl Sprangel

I have been a real estate agent for 12 years working for Real Estate III which is one of the largest real estate companies in Central Virginia. Since starting in real estate I have surpassed sales goals for my company, receiving the Circle of Excellence award in 2006, 2007, and 2009-2015 plus the Diamond of Excellence award 2009-2014, the Gold Award for 2014 & 2015, and the Platinum Award in 2016 for the second highest sales production in my company.

For 10 years, I have been selected by my company to be part of the Real Estate III relocation team, I have the affiliation of Cartus Network Affinity Specialist, NFCU, and Certified Residential Specialist. This has given me in-depth training to work with families relocating to the Charlottesville area, and I have assisted many military and non-military families moving here or leaving the area. Before my winning career in real estate, I was a Division I level college softball coach for 25 years. I had a winning career there as well, and when I retired from coaching I was listed as one of the top 20 coaches in the nation with the number of wins. I feel my successful career in coaching has easily transferred to my success in real estate. They are similar careers requiring dedication, hard work, patience, and the personality to easily work with people while enjoying the interactions. This is what I feel I am all about, enjoying meeting people, and focusing my time and effort to help them,
